1. Will Alcohol Intake change my blood sugars?
Any physical activity is helpful. Exercises can be divided into Aerobic and resistance exercises.
Aerobic exercise — examples for Aerobic exercise are walking, running, or swimming, which increases the flow of blood through the heart.
Aerobic exercises are exercises using large muscles with adequate oxygen extraction from blood to do the muscle activity.
Resistance training — Resistance training is otherwise known as anaerobic exercise where, exercise is designed to increase muscle strength and includes lifting weights.
Anaerobic exercise largely is without using oxygen and helps to increase muscle strength and bulk
2 How much time?
People with diabetes should perform aerobic exercise regularly. Aerobic activity bouts should ideally last at least 10 min, with the goal of ∼30 min/day or more, most days of the week for adults with type 2 diabetes. Adults with diabetes should engage in 2−3 sessions/week of resistance exercise on non-consecutive days
